Back in February of this year we looked at the market in comparison to the same time a year ago and found it to be down 22% (MLS stats).Surprisingly that same difference continues as last year between January 1st to May 11th there were 578 sales in Thunder Bay and this year the number is 446.Even though we are seeing activity in the market place we haven't caught up with the slow start this winter. We forecast the next 2 months will show a steady increase and by mid-July we will be even or ahead of last years production.
