A long overdue update regarding the market conditions indicates the activity in sales is still off pace from last year. MLS sales are down approximately 16% which is an improvement from an earlier report of 22% but still off the prediction we made to be even by mid-July.So our work is cut out for us over the next month,however, it's summer!
