10 Reasons NOT to put a new Courthouse on the waterfront

According to one our MPP's, the best place to build a new consolidated courthouse is on the waterfront.Here are 10 reasons why it shouldn't be built there: 1.It's a COURTHOUSE! Does it need a beautiful setting?
2.It's a COURTHOUSE! Let's see... who is drawn to a courthouse? It sure isn't tourists or families.
3.Remember the casino? It was also supposed to be great for the Northcore.
4.Remember the Ontario Government building on Water Street? You know, the one that is nearly vacant at a cost of millions.
5.It's a COURTHOUSE! Those who go there will be going to it no matter where it is built.
6-10. It's a COURTHOUSE! Come on Mr.MPP, using this site for that type of government spending is not being creative.
