Other options for the Marina property

As a follow-up to ragging out the MPP for his suggested use of the Marina site, here's an opportunity to dish it back! According to the City's website there is approximately 40 acres of undeveloped land on the southern portion of the Marina property.Why not utilize some of it as an RV park? It would be a strong attraction for cross-country tourists and a fishing destination, relatively low development costs and a great starting point for additional commercial ventures to build from. Another possibility would be for the City to consider a vacant land commercial condo site which would allow developers to acquire small acreage sites to develop within the City's guidelines and control.Smaller bites are easier to digest.
