A Great Summer Weatherwise But....

Yes the weather has been pretty awesome but there has been a price paid in the real estate market.Last year we were selling almost one unit more per day from July 1st on as opposed to this year.During the winter we blame the weather for slow sales if it is bad weather and we do the same in the summer if it is too nice. Perhaps it is neither, but we have to blame something and it certainly can't be ourselves!
