Is it worth considering?

If a Northern Ontario community was given the opportunity to be part of a project with a price tag of $24 billion dollars requiring approximately 60 years to complete and also requiring truck shipments numbering 53 per month continuously for 30 years would they appreciate the economic benefits? If it were a nuclear waste storage facility buried 1 kilometre underground would it still be considered?
