Using The Tools We have

I recently received a letter from the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce and was surprised to see a flyer put out by a Duluth area motel referring to "stay here while you holiday shop". I found this annoying, however, as members they have the right to market here using our Chamber resources.So,do we do the same? Apparently not,at least I couldn't find any business from Thunder Bay on the Duluth Chamber of Commerce website.These folks are just using the tools at their disposal and we should too.
