Doesn't Make Sense!

Recently an application to develop a condo site on Mountain Road was rejected by City Council even though it was supported by City Administration and residential development on a greater scale is allowable on this site in accordance with the Official Plan.Developers who are prepared to take the risk and follow the governing guidelines will soon lose interest in a city that can certainly use this type of energy.
