The Decision is Final... so far!

According to the Ontario Municipal Board it looks like a fitness centre is allowed on a shopping centre site.Therefore it appears the Athletic Club may proceed with plans to develop the former Canadian Tire store at County Fair Plaza assuming there isn't another appeal to this decision.Time will tell. Meanwhile the Balmoral Commons (former Bell Building) has taken on a whole new look on the inside as well as a fresh exterior appearance.Tenants have responded in a positive way as there is very little space left to lease.
