This request is a common one.Particularly for speculators looking for a distressed sale in order to add some value and turn it back on the market for a quick profit.Sure it's possible and it isn't that rare BUT it is risky and many things can go wrong with the plan.For example the biggest risk is under estimating the amount of improvements needed to re-sell the property or an unexpected downturn in the market.If real estate speculation is where you want to invest be sure you have covered all the potential curves that can be thrown at you ,then you can allow for these "surprises" when you buy the property.We'll continue this with a breakdown of costs next week.
