Apartment Buildings 101

Over the past year we have received several offers for certain apartment buildings we've been marketing from various out of town buyers.The curious thing is these offers are preceded by letters of intent which are form letters saying the same thing even though the buyers are from different cities.It appears they've all taken the same course in how to buy investment property with little or no equity. Fortunately no sellers have taken them up on the scheme because, as the saying goes,you need money to make money.
