The real estate market in Thunder Bay appears to be doing well,however, the volume of sales activity is down by 10% compared to 2005.It will be interesting to see what transpires over the next 60 days.I'll forecast an increase that will slightly surpass last years total sales.In the meantime let's hope that July will be as beautiful weatherwise as June!
