Boring but Stable Statistics

Over the past five years Thunder Bay and it's rural surroundings have had an average of 1700 sales per annum based on MLS statistics.(This does not include private sales).The low point was 2002, high point was 2004 and the past 2 years have been almost identical but higher than average by about 2%.I imagine the percentage change in say Alberta is much more exciting, but, consistency has it's own comfort.
