Final Chapter?

It appears that after 6 1/2 years of marketing the former Canadian Tire Store we can see some finality to the saga.The owners of the Athletic Club are set to close the deal with Canadian Tire now that the objections with the OMB decision are dismissed and retailers can look forward to some more life in that end of the mall.For our part, this has been an education in the processes to implement and stymie development.In any case, the courts have found no reason to delay progress and we hope to see some activity very soon.
