Cottage Property Boom

2 years ago a 3.3 acre property with a 3 bedroom cottage on a lake close to town sold for about $130000, market time of 45 days.Today that same property can't be found and when it does come available it's gone in hours for a lot more $$.That's the trend of recreational property.Personally I would have expected a downturn in this type of property with the local economy experiencing some setbacks (forestry industry).The lesson is not to assume anything.By the way, does anyone want to sell their cottage?? we have a couple of very serious buyers looking.
