The market supply of larger multi family properties in Thunder Bay is basically non-existent.The vacancy rate is low and the returns are very good compared to other cities across Canada.So any properties of this type that hit the market are sold quickly.This trend will probably continue as the cost to construct is much higher than the current resale values.We are always looking for properties of this type.
